SCT’s Cambodia operations began in December 2011 with opening of a country office. SCT was contracted as an NSC (Nominated Specialist Contractor) for design, supply and installation of the lighting system and complete BIM package for the building services, for Vattanac Capital Project in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia, an A-grade construction project and the tallest building in the country designed and built by internationally acclaimed team of specialists from more than twenty countries.
